When asked for the breakeven price of soybeans in a recent debate, Politician Joni Ernst missed the answer by a mile. Yet, Theresa Greenfield hit the nail on the head when asked for the price of a bushel of corn.
While Iowa’s farmers are being crushed by tariffs and trade barriers, Ernst said Trump is “doing the right thing” by creating the trade war.
When Iowa families were still reeling from the outbreak of COVID, Politician Joni Ernst supported a COVID relief plan that would have allowed companies to take their taxpayer money and then fire their workers.
Then Politician Joni Ernst voted for a $500 billion slush fund with no congressional oversight.
Ernst is woefully out of touch with Farmers and Rural Iowa.
